We are looking for Experienced Kitchen Managers or Supervisors with experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant to prepare our award winning recipes while maintaining high food quality. You must be a team player, have a passion for cooking, and possess a strong commitment to providing each guest with an unforgettable meal. We are looking for Kitchen Managers and Supervisors to supervise daily back of the house operations for our fast paced restaurants.

Responsibilities


? Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
? Supervise food prep and cooking
? Check food portioning, plating and temperature
? Schedule kitchen staff shifts
? Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
? Train kitchen staff on prep work, food preparation and techniques
? Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
? Keep daily, weekly and monthly checklists, logs and reporting
? Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area

Skills / Requirements

? Proven work experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Manager
? Hands-on experience with ordering and scheduling
? Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
? Excellent organizational skills
? Conflict management abilities
? Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
? Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
