We are seeking a Full Time Catering Administrative Assistant. 

The ideal candidate will be an individual with experience in Administrative Customer Support, extremely organized and proficient in Excel. This position serves as the first and final point of contact to customers and ensures the customer's catering needs are met as well as execute all the Administrative tasks of the department. This position is the only Administrative Assistant for the Catering Department under the supervision of the Catering Director.

We are looking for a strong personality who can handle high volume of phone calls while entering catering orders, as well as, taking care of the department administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who is able to remain calm under pressure.

Skills / Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Docs and Gmail preferred
  • Must be able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Must have a great personality and interact with customers/co-workers with ease
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Great customer service skills
  • Responsible work ethic 
  • Restaurant Food Service / Catering knowledge is a PLUS!
